How to fine the router IP address and DNS
Use Windows key + R key to open “Run window “and enter CMD to enter the Command Prompt window
Enter the command window, enter: ipconfig / all, click Enter to see the entire computer's detailed IP configuration information.
Then go to DVR network part:
First, not enable DHCP, input the following information:
put the information in red box to the DVR’s Network part.
IPv4 = IP address, but the last number can not be the same,
For example, if IPv4: 192.168.0.103, you should enter 192.168.0.105 or 192.168.0.106 or 192.168.0.107 in IP address
Gateway: you can find it on the configuration information.
Primary DNS=the first DNS server
Secondary DNS= the second DNS server
After entered the information in Network part, enable DHCP, then click OK.
After done, unplug DVR power adapter, and then plugin DVR power adapter again(that is to say, reboot DVR system), then you can go to main menu-info-version, and then check Nat status.
Check if it shows connected.
